What events will trigger Zapier automations?

Planned triggers include: new chat started, form submitted, chat closed, visitor message received, and lead status changed. These triggers will let you build workflows for any chat event.

Will the Zapier integration be free?

The Zapier integration will be available on Chatim's Pro plan. Zapier itself has a free tier that supports basic automation. More complex workflows may require a paid Zapier plan.

Can I use webhooks in the meantime?

Yes. Chatim already supports webhooks that send real-time event data to any URL. You can use webhooks with Zapier's Webhook trigger today to build basic automations before the native integration launches.

What apps will I be able to connect?
