- The Chatim Telegram integration is coming soon and is not yet available. Sign up for a free Chatim account to be notified when it launches. In the meantime, the Slack integration (available today on Pro) delivers chat notifications and supports two-way messaging.
- Will I be able to choose which notifications to receive?
- That's the plan - enabling or disabling notifications for new chats, visitor messages, form submissions, and chat closures, so you only get the alerts that matter to your workflow.
- Will the Telegram integration be free?
- The Telegram integration is planned for Chatim's Pro plan and above. Chatim offers a free plan with live chat and basic chatbot today.
- Will I be able to reply to visitors from Telegram?
- The initial version is planned for notifications only. To reply to visitors, use the Chatim dashboard or the Slack integration, which supports two-way messaging and is available today.
- What can I use today instead?
- Today you can use the Slack integration for real-time chat notifications and two-way replies, email notifications for new chats and leads, or add a Telegram contact button to your widget so visitors can reach you on Telegram directly.
- Will it work with Telegram channels or only groups?
- The integration is planned to work with both Telegram groups and channels, so your team can receive notifications in whichever Telegram space they prefer.
