Chatbot Templates
Chatim provides ready-made chatbot templates to help you get started quickly. Each template is a complete conversation flow that you can use as-is or customize to fit your business.
How to Use Templates
- Open the Chatbot Builder from your project sidebar
- Click Templates in the toolbar
- Browse templates by category or view all
- Click a template to preview it
- Confirm to load the template into your builder
- Customize messages, forms, and flow as needed
- Click Save
Note: Loading a template replaces your current chatbot flow. You'll be prompted to save unsaved changes first.
Lead Generation
Capture visitor information and qualify potential customers.

Customizing Templates
After loading a template, you can:
- Edit messages to match your brand voice
- Add or remove options in selection nodes
- Change form fields to collect different information
- Update notification emails to route to your team
- Add new nodes to extend the flow
- Connect to Live Chat or AI for advanced routing
