How to Install Chatim Live Chat Widget on Webflow

Step 1: Generate and Copy the Widget Code

1. Log in to your .Chatim dashboard.
2. Select your project and click Install in the navigation menu.
3. Click Copy Code to copy the snippet to your clipboard.

Step 2: Add the Chatim Widget Code to Webflow

1. Log in to your Webflow account and open the project where you want to add the Chatim widget.
2. In the Webflow Designer, click on the Project Settings (the gear icon).
3. Navigate to the Custom Code tab.
4. Paste the Chatim widget code into the "Before </body> tag" field.
5. Click "Save Changes".
6. Publish your Webflow website by clicking the "Publish" button in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Test the Widget

1. Visit your Webflow site and refresh the page to see the Chatim widget in action.
2. Test the live chat and chatbot functionalities to ensure they are working correctly.

Step 4: Adjust Settings and Monitor Performance

Return to your Chatim dashboard to monitor customer interactions, view analytics, and make any necessary adjustments to the widget's behavior, appearance, or responses based on user feedback and engagement.
