How to Install Chatim Live Chat Widget on SITE123

Step 1: Generate and Copy the Widget Code

1. Log in to your .Chatim dashboard.
2. Select your project and click Install in the navigation menu.
3. Click Copy Code to copy the snippet to your clipboard.

Step 2: Add the Widget Code to Your SITE123 Website

1. Log in to your SITE123 account and select the website you want to add the Chatim widget to.
2. In your website editor, go to Pages and select the page where you want the widget to appear.
3. Click on the "Settings" tab, then scroll down to find the "Custom Code" section.
4. Paste the Chatim widget code into the "Body End" section.
5. Click "Save" to apply the changes.
6. Publish your website to make the Chatim widget live.

Step 3: Test the Widget

1. Visit your SITE123 website and refresh the page to see the Chatim widget in action.
2. Test the live chat and chatbot functionalities to ensure they are working correctly.

Step 4: Adjust Settings and Monitor Performance
