Notifications

When a visitor submits a form, your team is notified via:

  • Email sent to your configured address
  • Push notification to all team members with notifications enabled
  • Visitor status is automatically set to Lead

Customization Ideas

  • Change the options to match your services (e.g., "Get a quote", "Book a demo", "Technical support")
  • Add more form fields like company name or preferred callback time
  • Update the welcome message with your company name and a personal greeting
  • Add a Live Chat node as an alternative path for visitors who want to chat immediately
  • Connect an AI Chatbot node to the "Have a question" path for instant answers
