How It Works

The chatbot asks if the visitor would like to leave a review. If yes, they rate their experience from 1 to 5 stars, leave an optional comment, and provide contact details. Those who decline are offered a newsletter signup instead.

Customization Ideas

  • Change the rating scale to match your needs (e.g., "Poor / Fair / Good / Great / Excellent")
  • Add different follow-ups by rating — route low ratings (1-2) to a support form, high ratings (4-5) to a "share on Google" link
  • Make the comment field required to ensure you get actionable feedback
  • Add a Carousel node before the review prompt to remind visitors of your products
  • Use a Notification node with different urgency for low ratings to flag unhappy customers
  • Add a "What could we improve?" question for ratings below 4
