How to Install Chatim Live Chat Widget on Magento

Step 1: Generate and Copy the Widget Code

1. Log in to your .Chatim dashboard.
2. Select your project and click Install in the navigation menu.
3. Click Copy Code to copy the snippet to your clipboard.

Step 2: Add the Widget Code to Your Magento Store

1. Log in to your Magento Admin Panel.
2. In the left-hand menu, navigate to Content > Configuration.
3. Select the store view that you want to edit, then click "Edit" under the "Action" column.
4. Scroll down to the "Other Settings" section, then click on "HTML Head."
5. Paste the Chatim widget code into the "Scripts and Style Sheets" field.
6. Click "Save Configuration" to apply the changes.

Step 3: Test the Widget

1. Visit your Magento site and refresh the page to see the Chatim widget in action.
2. Test the live chat and chatbot functionalities to ensure they are working correctly.

Step 4: Adjust Settings and Monitor Performance

Return to your Chatim dashboard to monitor customer interactions, view analytics, and make any necessary adjustments to the widget's behavior, appearance, or responses based on user feedback and engagement.
