Chatbot Templates

Chatim provides ready-made chatbot templates to help you get started quickly. Each template is a complete conversation flow that you can use as-is or customize to fit your business.

How to Use Templates

  1. Open the Chatbot Builder from your project sidebar
  2. Click Templates in the toolbar
  3. Browse templates by category or view all
  4. Click a template to preview it
  5. Confirm to load the template into your builder
  6. Customize messages, forms, and flow as needed
  7. Click Save

Note: Loading a template replaces your current chatbot flow. You'll be prompted to save unsaved changes first.

Customizing Templates

After loading a template, you can:

  • Edit messages to match your brand voice
  • Add or remove options in selection nodes
  • Change form fields to collect different information
  • Update notification emails to route to your team
  • Add new nodes to extend the flow
  • Connect to Live Chat or AI for advanced routing
