Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will be applied to your next billing cycle.
How long is the free trial?
We offer a 14-day free trial for our paid plans, allowing you to explore all features before making a commitment.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you don't need a credit card to sign up for the free plan or to start a free trial of our paid plans.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan.

Yes. Starting from the Starter plan you can hide the 'We run on Chatim' link in the widget settings. The Ultimate plan also lets you add custom CSS to restyle the widget.
